When can I expect my order?
To streamline costs, our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer or supplier to you, our valued customer from Durevin.com. Please bear with us as this might result in slightly longer delivery times than you might be accustomed to.

  • Processing and production time until shipping: Please allow 1-4 business days for the processing and production of your order until the time of shipping.
  • Tracking Number: You will receive your tracking number immediately after the completion of processing and production. It takes approximately 1-5 days for the tracking number to appear on the tracking page.
  • Shipping Duration: All products require between 4 and 10 business days from the time of shipping. Shipping is free and is handled by DHL and similar shipping providers.
  • In exceptional situations, such as delays by the courier, the shipping time may be extended by up to 6 additional business days.

The expected delivery time has passed, where is my order?
In most cases, orders are delivered within the estimated delivery time. If you have waited 3 extra days after the original delivery time and have not yet received your order, please send an e-mail to: support@durevin.com

I am missing some products, how is that possible?
Some orders may be shipped in separate packages due to weight or logistical constraints. If you've ordered multiple products simultaneously, they may not all arrive together. Not to worry, your order is on its way. Missing products are typically delivered within 1-3 business days.

What should I do if I receive a damaged shipment?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service immediately by emailing support@durevin.com. Attach photos of the damaged packaging and products to your email so we can assist you promptly.

Please refrain from returning the damaged item without contacting us first. Unfortunately, we won't be able to assist you without photos.

What happens if I bought the wrong product, it doesn't fit or I no longer want the item?
If you've purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or it no longer meets your needs, please contact our customer service at support@durevin.com. We'll work with you to find the best solution. Any return costs will be your responsibility.
